Admission to MBBS and BDS Courses under competent authority quota for the Academic Session 2025-26
Applications through online are invited from the candidates those who have qualified by securing the cutoff scores or above in National Eligibility-cum- Entrance Test (NEET) UG-2025 for admission into the Under Graduate Medical and Dental Courses for the academic year 2025-26 under Competent Authority Quota in to Government, Private Medical & Dental Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, Warangal in the State of Telangana.

Candidates can register online and upload scanned original certificates on website
https://tsmedadm.tsche.in from 08:00 A.M. on 16/07/2025 up to 06:00 P.M. 25/07/2025.
Provisional Final Merit position of the applied candidates will be prepared based on NEET UG-2025 Rank and other eligibility criteria notified here under after verification of scanned original certificates. Final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of admission at allotted college by the Admission Committee of the college.
The candidates, who have qualified in NEET-UG-2025 by securing marks of cutoff score or above have to apply for determining the State Merit position for Competent Authority Quota seats subject to the conditions specified in admission Regulations/Prospectus for the AY 2025-26.

A candidate for admission into Under graduate courses under Competent Authority Quota in Telangana should be Indian Nationals (or) Person of Indian Origin (PIO), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) card holder (PIO/OCI status issued before 04-03-2021) and shall fulfill the following provisions (G.O.Ms.No. 33 HM&FW(C1) Dept. Dated: 19-7-2024).

If the candidate has studied in an Educational Institutions in such local area for a period of not less than 4 consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he appeared or as the case may be first appeared in relevant qualifying examination.

Where during the whole or any part of the four consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he appeared or as the case may be first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination, he has not studied in Educational Institutions, if he had resided in that local area for a period of not less than four years immediately preceding the date of commencement of the relevant qualifying examination, in which he appeared or as the case may be first appeared.

Local area herein means the State of Telangana. Further, in case the candidate has not studied in any educational institution and has resided in the local area as stated at (ii) above, to be eligible for admission into Under graduate courses under Competent Authority Quota, the candidate should have appeared for the relevant qualifying examination in the State of Telangana.
NOTE: Admissions are subject to the final outcome of the pending SLPs in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

Educational Qualification: In accordance with NMC Regulations The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English.

OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in science subjects.

BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects.

OC PWD candidates should obtain not less than 45% marks in science subjects.

Candidates claiming reservation under EWS category also should obtain 50% marks in science subjects.

The candidate should have qualified in NEET UG -2025 as per cut off scores notified above.

Age: The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2025. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2025 need not apply for the counseling. The above age criteria are applicable to all candidates of all categories.

The candidates who claim for admission under Persons with Disabilities (PWD) category shall mention in the online application as applying under PWD category and have to appear before a Medical Board to be constituted for the purpose by the University as per the schedule to be notified by the University for eligibility under PWD status.

NEET UG 2025 qualified and eligible candidates as per the concerned regulations who desire to take admission in to MBBS/BDS Courses in to Government, Private Un-aided Non-minority & Minority Medical colleges & Govt. Dental College and Private Non- Minority Dental Colleges including Army College of Dental Sciences shall apply online and to upload all original certificates for determining the Merit position for Telangana State Competent Authority Quota seats. The online application can be filled through any computer with internet connection. (NOTE: PREFERBLY DESKTOP OR LAPTOP only)

Registration and Processing Fee for UG Medical and Dental Courses: The Registration and Processing fee is Rs.4000/- (Bank transaction charges extra) for OC & BC candidates and for SC/ST candidates is Rs.3200/- (Bank transaction charges extra). Fee shall be paid online through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.**
