Notice for the Admission through WBJEE 2026 Counselling

Students who have been allotted Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol through WBJEE 2026 (1st Round, 2nd Round and 3rd Round) are hereby requested to note the following:

• Students have to report at the School of Mines & Metallurgy (SMM) Building of this University Campus for document verification and admission on any day between 7th to 11th July, 2026, 21st to 23rd July, 2026 and 28th to 30th July, 2026 including Saturday/Sunday and holiday.
• Verification Time: 12:00 Noon to 04:00 P.M.
• Documents required for verification:
  • Rank Card
  • Allotment Letter
  • Class 10th Admit Card or Birth Certificate. (original & Xerox)
  • Class 10th Marksheet (original & Xerox)
  • Class 12th Marksheet (original & Xerox)
  • Caste Certificate (original & Xerox)
    (Respective category certificate as per clause nos. 5.2,5.3 and 5.4 of the Information Bulletin, read with any other notification published in this regard. If a category is edited and the present allotment is in a category seat, the allotment is cancelled and carried over to the next round as a GENERAL candidate. (The OBC reservation will be in accordance with the two Gazette Notifications published by this Backwards Classes Welfare Department or Govt. of West Bengal, vide No. 944-BCW/MR-23/2026 Dated 18.05.2026 and No. 945-BCW/MR-23/2026 Dated 18.05.2026. )).
  • YES UPGRADATION/ NO UPGRADATION form.
  • OCI certificate (Overseas Citizen of India) (original & Xerox)
  • WB Domicile certificate as per clause nos. 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 of the Information Bulletin WBJEE 2026 (original & Xerox)
  • PwD certificate (original & Xerox)
  • TFW certificate (original & Xerox)
  • EWS Certificate (original & Xerox)
  • Anti Ragging Affidavit (both student and guardian)
  • Medical certificate
  • 1 copy photo
