Notice regarding JELET, 2026

Students who have been allotted Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol through WBJEE 2nd year lateral entry - 2026 in Engineering, Technology and Pharmacy for Govt./Govt. aided and Self finance (Private) academic Institutions in West Bengal. (1ST Round, 2nd Round and 3rd Round) are hereby requested to note the following:

• Students have to report at the Office of the Director ofSchool of Mines & Metallurgy (SMM) Building of this University Campus for document verification and admission on any day between 8th September 2026 to 10th September 2026, 15th September 2026 to 17th September 2026 and 22nd September 2026 to 25th September, 2026 including Saturday/Sunday and holiday.
• Verification Time: 12:00 Noon to 04:00 P.M.
• Documents Required for verification:
  • Rank Card.
  • Allotment Letter.
  • Class 10th Admit Card or Birth Certificate (original & Xerox).
  • Class 10th Mark sheet (original & Xerox).
  • Diploma or equivalent mark sheets and certificate.
  • Caste Certificate (original & Xerox).
    (The OBC candidates belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) are eligible for consideration as reserved candidates only. OBC candidates must produce an updated NCL certificate during counseling / admission . Admission information regarding OBC reservation and Non- Creamy Layer (NCL) status for admission , vide memo no.- 1037 (64) /Secy-BCW/ MR-33/2025[Pt.V], Dt.-20-05-2026 is available on the Board website.)
  • YES UPGRADATION / NO UPGRADATION form.
  • OCI certificate (Overseas Citizen of India) (original & Xerox).
  • WB Domicile certificate as per clause nos. 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 of the Information BulletinWBJEE 2026(original & Xerox).
  • PwD certificate (original & Xerox) [PWD certificate are to be issued any of the authorities as given in the order No.- 289-HF/O/PHP/IR-05/2017 dated 29.08.2018 by the Government of West Bengal, Health & Family Welfare Department (PHP Branch).
  • TFW certificate (original & Xerox).
  • EWS Certificate (original & Xerox).
  • Anti Ragging Affidavit (both student and guardian).
  • Medical certificate.
  • 1 copy photo.
  Failure to provide any of the above documents will be considered as disqualification.
