NOTICE related to Registration of Undergraduate Students Admitted through the Centralised Admission Portal (CAP) to Affiliated Colleges and Undergraduate Law Students Admitted through the University Admission Process

The Principals of the Affiliated Colleges are hereby informed that the registration process for students admitted to the 4-Year Undergraduate Degree Programmes and Undergraduate Degree Programmes in Law for the academic session 2026–2027 will commence on 15 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and continue up to 30 September 2026 at 11:55 p.m.

Failure to complete the registration process within the stipulated period will result in the imposition of a late registration fee/fine.

The data of students admitted through the Centralised Admission Portal (CAP) are to be imported by the respective Affiliated Colleges and the Department of Law, KNU, through the link provided below during the period from 11 September 2026 to 14 September 2026.

The admitted students are required to complete and submit the Online Registration Form from 15 September (10 a.m.) to 30 September (11.55 p.m.) 2026. The registration forms submitted by the students shall be duly verified and approved by the concerned Affiliated Colleges and the Department of Law, KNU, as applicable.

Successful completion of the verification and approval process shall facilitate the generation of Registration Certificates for the students.

All concerned are requested to ensure that students should complete the registration process within the stipulated timeframe to avoid the imposition of a late registration fine and to ensure the smooth conduct of academic and examination-related activities as per the prescribed academic calendar.
