WBJEE 2026 Decentralized Counselling

Decentralized Counselling for WBJEE 2026

Students who have been allotted Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol through Revised Extended Schedule of Common-Online Decentralized e-Counselling for admission to under graduate courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture and Pharmacy in West Bengal, Phase 1(1ST Round&2nd Round)and Phase 2(1ST Round&2nd Round) are hereby requested to note the following: -

i) Students have to report at the Office of the Director of School of Mines & Metallurgy (SMM) Building of this University Campus for document verification and admission on any day between 11th to 13thSeptember 2026, 15th to 16thSeptember 2026, 20thto 22nd September 2026 and 24th September 2026 to 25th September 2026 including Saturday/ Sunday and holiday.



ii) Verification Time: -As mentioned in the Notice of Extension of Registration Period for Phase-I of Decentralized Counselling of WBJEE-2026, NO. EX- 57/26, Dated:-08-09-2026 at WBJEE website.

iii) Documents Required for verification

  1. 1. Rank Card
  2. 2. Allotment Letter
  3. 3. Class 10th Admit Card or Birth Certificate. (original & Xerox)
  4. 4. Class 10thMark sheet (original & Xerox)
  5. 5. 12th Marks sheet. (original & Xerox)
  6. 6. Caste Certificate (original & Xerox)
    7. (The OBC candidates belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) are eligible for consideration as reserved candidates only. OBC candidates must produce an updated NCL certificate during counseling / admission. Admission information regarding OBC reservation and Non- Creamy Layer (NCL) status for admission, vide memo no.- 1037 (64) /Secy-BCW/ MR-33/2025[Pt.V] Dt.-20-05-2026 is available on the Board website.)
  7. 7. YES UPGRADATION/ NO UPGRADATION form.
  8. 8. OCI certificate (Overseas Citizen of India) (original & Xerox)
  9. 9. WB Domicile certificate as per clause nos. 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 of the Information Bulletin WBJEE 2026(original & Xerox)
  10. 10. PwD certificate (original & Xerox) [PWD certificate are to be issued any of the authorities as given in the order No.- 289-HF/ O/ PHP/ IR-05/ 2017 dated 29.08.2018by the Government of West Bengal, Health & Family Welfare Department (PHP Branch)
  11. 11. TFW certificate (original & Xerox)
  12. 12. EWS Certificate (original & Xerox)
  13. 13. 1 copy photo

Failure to provide any of the above documents will be considered as disqualification.
