Revised Notice for JECA 2026 Counselling

Students who have been allotted Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol through WBJEE (JECA) 2026 (1^ST Round, 2^nd Round and 3^rd Round) are hereby requested to note the following: -

i) Students have to report at the School of Mines & Metallurgy (SMM) Building of this University Campus for document verification and admission on any day between 26^th to 28^th September 2026, 1^st to 5^th October 2026 and 9^th to 12^th October 2026 including Saturdays/ Sundays and holidays.

ii) Verification Time: - 12.00 noon to 4.00 p.m.

iii) Documents Required for verification

1. Rank Card
2. Allotment Letter
3. Class 10^th Admit Card or Birth Certificate. (original & Xerox)
4. Class 10^th Marksheet (original & Xerox)
5. Class 12^th Marksheet (original & Xerox)
6. Caste Certificate (original & Xerox)
7. BCA or Equivalent Marks sheet (original & Xerox)
   (Respective category certificate as per sections 5.0, 7.0, 9.0 & 10.0 of the Information Bulletin. Candidates with OBC certificates should have a valid NCL certificate issued by the competent authority).
8. YES UPGRADATION/ NO UPGRADATION form.
9. OCI certificate (Overseas Citizen of India) (original & Xerox)
10. WB Domicile certificate Domicile certificate as per section 6.0, 6.1 and 6.2 of Information Bulletin of JECA-2026. (original & Xerox)
11. PwD certificate (Respective category certificate as per section 10.1 of the Information Bulletin-2026.) (original & Xerox)
12. TFW certificate (original & Xerox)
13. EWS Certificate (original & Xerox)
14. Anti-Ragging Affidavit (both student and guardian)
15. Medical certificate
16. 1 copy photo

Failure to provide any of the above documents will be considered as disqualification.
