Notification for filling up of registration form of B.Pharma Lateral Entry 3rd Sem of the course (Session 2024-28)

This is to notify for information of all concerned that the date of filling up of offline registration form and fee of B.Pharm. Lateral Entry 3^rd Semester of the (Session 2024-2028) will be as follows:

Name of Course	Date of filling up registration form by the students in the college/ Inst. without fine.	Date of Submission of registration form by the college/ Inst. in University office without fine.	Date of filling up registration form by the students in the college / Inst. with fine @ Rs. 500/- per examinee.	Date of Submission of registration form by the college/ Inst. in University office with fine @ Rs. 500/- per examinee.
B.Pharm. Lateral Entry 3^rd Sem. of the course (Session 2024-28)	21/08/2026 to 22/08/2026	25/08/2026	25/08/2026	27/08/2026

N.B.:(i). No individual form and fee will be accepted in the University office from the candidate.

(ii). Photocopies of the Admit card and mark sheet of last exam should be enclosed with each Registration form of 2^nd Year students.

(iii). The college authority is directed to submit one undertaking in which it should be mentioned "The students whose Registration forms are submitting for appearing in 2^nd Year of B.Pharm. course of the session 2024-2028, are bonafide students and are eligible as per regulation of Kolhan University. If any fault will be found in the future, then college authority will be responsible for the same."

(iv). College authority is directed to submit the copy of affiliation letter/government order to K.U. of academic session 2024-28,without letter registration form will not be accepted in this condition University will not be responsible for any delay of session or exam.
