Notice on In-House UG/PG Admission Cancellation for the AY 2026-2027

Students admitted in different In-house UG/PG courses except B.Tech. Decentralised, MCA and B.Tech. Lateral Entry admissions are hereby directed to note the following guidelines for refund of admission fees due to withdrawal/cancellation of admission for the academic session 2026-27.

Applications submitted within 15th September, 2026 will get full refund.
Applications submitted between 15th September, 2026 to 14th October, 2026 refund will be made after deducting Rs. 1,000/-.
Applications submitted after 14th October, 2026, only Caution Money will be refunded as per University norms.

Cancellation applications will be processed as per UGC norms and University guidelines.

Admission Withdrawal/Cancellation Process through ERP Portal:
https://makaut.mastersofterp.in → Login → Academic → Admission Process → Admission Cancel → Fill up the Bank Details → Click on Submit button.

N.B.: Students those who have submitted hard copy of cancellation applications and have also applied through cnmail carlier are requested to complete the cancellation process through the online ERP portal as well.

Online submission through the ERP portal is required for further processing of the cancellation request.
