JELET 2026 Counseling & Admission Schedule

In-House WBJEE JELET Counselling Notice 2026

Students who are allotted seats to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal in JELET-2025 are hereby requested to note the following:

ROUND	DATE
1^st ROUND COUNSELING/REPORTING	08^th to 10^th September, 2026
2^nd ROUND COUNSELING/REPORTING	15^th to 17^th September, 2026
3^rd ROUND COUNSELING/REPORTING	22^nd to 25^th Spetember,2026

i) For 1^st ROUND: Students will have to report at the Haringhata Campus (Main Campus) of the University located at Haringhata; Simhat, Nadia, W.B. - 741249 for taking admission / reporting between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. from 08^th to 10^th September, 2026.

ii) For 2^nd ROUND: Students will have to report at the Haringhata Campus (Main Campus) of the University located at Haringhata; Simhat, Nadia, W.B. - 741249 for taking admission / reporting between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. from 15^th to 17th September, 2026.

iii) For 3^rd ROUND: Students will have to report at the Haringhata Campus (Main Campus) of the University located at Haringhata; Simhat, Nadia, W.B. - 741249 for taking admission / reporting between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. from 22^nd to 25^th September, 2026.

Allotted students are directed to report to the University on above mentioned dates and timing along with the list of documents mentioned below:

Original Mark Sheet of class 10 examinations along with admit card / birth certificate (for proof of age), Diploma Qualifying Result, Aadhaar Card, Rank Card of JELET, Allotment Letter, SC/ST Caste Certificate, Valid OBC-NCL along with OBC certificate (for students allotted in OBC) and EWS Certificate (for Candidate allotted through EWS) along with self-attested photocopies of all documents. Candidate have to carry a Passport size photo also.

Domicile Certificate for the candidate completed the Diploma from the Institution belonging to the Jurisdiction of the State of West Bengal (Proforma to be downloaded from WBJ EEB site) needs to be submitted along with the YES / NO upgradation form.
