Notification on Registration document submission for the AY 2025-26

This is to notify to all the affiliated colleges (both AICTE & Non-AICTE) running different UG and PG courses that the Registration forms along with the documents for the AY 2025-26 will be collected according to the list provided with this notice. The documents to be submitted are:

1. Registration Application Form – duly signed by the student and Principal.
2. DOB Proof (10th Admit / DOB Certificate) – self attested photo copy.
3. Allotment Card for Allotted Candidates – self attested photo copy.
4. 12th Mark sheet (For UG Candidates) / Final Graduation / Qualifying Mark sheet (For PG candidates) – self attested photo copy.
5. Aadhaar Card – self attested photo copy.
6. Domicile Certificate – self attested photo copy.
7. Caste Certificate (For SC / ST Candidates) – self attested photo copy.
8. OBC-NCL + OBC Certificate (For Candidate admitted in OBC Category) – self attested photo copy.
9. EWS Certificate (For Candidates admitted in EWS Category) – self attested photo copy.
10. For PG Candidates, Original Migration Certificate (for candidates passed out from Other Universities) / Original Registration Certificate (for candidates passed from MAKAUT, WB).
11. Duly Signed Anti Ragging form as provided in the website (antiragging.in).
12. A declaration by Principal / Director of the college that “submitted documents (copies) are the same those have been uploaded in the Registration Portal” – Format attached with this notice as Annexure-II.

The schedule for submission of documents college wise is attached with this notice as Annexure-I.

All the colleges are requested to strictly adhere by the notice and submit the same in the University Record Cell, at Main Campus Haringhata, Nadia. In case of any query please contact the Registrar's Department, MAKAUT, WB.
