Candidates who have applied online through the Chancellor Portal by paying ₹300 for admission to Postgraduate Semester – 1 (Session 2025–27) in any subject at an affiliated college or postgraduate department under Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh, and whose names were selected in the First, Second, or Third Merit List for admission but could not get themselves admitted for any reason, may submit a written application along with the ₹300 payment receipt and marksheet at the concerned affiliated college or the University’s Admission Cell from 23.04.2026 to 25.04.2026 until 4:00 PM. Based on seat availability, their selection for admission will be made on the basis of merit and roster according to the following timeline:

1. 23.04.2026 to 25.04.2026 (until 4:00 PM) – Date for offline application (for candidates who had previously applied through the Chancellor Portal and whose name appeared in the First, Second, or Third Merit List)

2. 26.04.2026 – Publication of merit list

3. 27.04.2026 to 29.04.2026 (until 4:00 PM) – Offline verification of certificates/marksheets at the concerned college / postgraduate department
