All the Ph.D. Research Scholars for the session 2024-25 are hereby informed that interested scholars who are only full time registered research scholar of this university and do not get any scholarship/ fellowship/ or any type of financial assistance from any other sources/agency including Central/State Govt. or their concerned agencies/ bodies are eligible to registered themselves as a Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means (Non-NET) research scholar may contact with the Inspector of Colleges Section, First Floor, Administrative Building with the following documents on any Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 23/02/2025 for online registration and necessary verification.
List of Documents to be brought:-
i. A filled up form (format Attached)
ii. Self attested Xerox copy and original Madhyamik/ equivalent examination Admit Card
iii. Original Last Examination Mark sheet
iv. Self attested Xerox copy and original Ph.D. Registration Certificate
V. A self declaration printed on Rs.10 non-judicial stamp paper (format attached)
vi. Self attested Xerox copy and original Bank A/c Passbook
vii. Cancelled bank Cheque
