4th ADMISSION NOTIFICATION 2026–2028 FOR ADMISSION TO POSTGRADUATE AND OTHER PROGRAMMES

Online applications are invited for admission to the following programmes against the available vacant seats: M.A. in Bengali, M.A. in English, M.A. in History, M.A. in History in Santali (OL-Chiki Script), M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication, M.A. in Kudmali, M.A. in Music and Performing Arts, M.A. in Political Science in Santali (OL-Chiki Script), M.A. in Philosophy in Santali (OL-Chiki Script), M.A. in Santali, M.A in Santali Music and Dance, M.Sc. in Geography, M.Sc. in Mathematics, M.Sc. in Nutrition and Public Health, Integrated Master of Library and Information Science for the academic session 2026-2028, and PG Diploma in Kudmali Language and Culture, PG Diploma in Santali Dance and Music, Diploma in Santali Dance and Music, Diploma in Jhumur for the academic session 2026-2027, against the available vacant seats.

Candidates who had applied earlier but did not take admission are required to apply again.

PROVISIONAL SCHEDULE FOR ADMISSION TO POST-GRADUATE AND OTHER PROGRAMMES

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applicants must complete the designated application form exclusively via the official university online portal at www.srcmujhargram.ac.in. The process requires completing all required steps, including entering personal information, submitting academic qualifications, and uploading the necessary photo and signature files.

Graduates from any recognized university within India or internationally are eligible to apply for admission into Postgraduate and Professional Courses for the 2025–2026 academic session.

Pursuant to directive No. 638-Edn(U)/HED-12016(21)/5/2025-UNV SEC-Dept. of HE, dated 18.05.2026, issued by the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal, the university administration has waived the application fee. Applicants will need to present their original graduation mark sheets during document verification, the dates for which will be announced later.

Selected applicants will submit their program fees electronically through the official admission portal. Direct online payment links will be made available on the university's portal in due course.
