Scanned copy of passport size applicant’s photograph should be kept ready. Format as given below:

• The photograph must be a recent passport size color photograph of the applicant taken against a light coloured background.
• Size of file 10 to 500 kb.
• Format - JPEG

Scanned copy of applicant’s signature on a white paper should be kept ready. Format as given below:

• The signature should be clear and legible
• Size of file 10 to 500 kb.
• Format - JPEG

Scanned copy of applicant’s relevant Documents/Certificates/Mark-sheets should be kept ready. Format as given below:

• Size of the scanned Document/Certificate/Mark-sheet must be within 500 kb limit.
• Format - .jpeg .jpg .pdf

Note: Upload the scanned copy of Mark-sheet and certificate of a particular course in a single file (e.g. – Mark-sheet and Pass certificate of Class X in a single File. Mark-sheets and degree certificate of BA/BSC/B.Com in a single file and so on)
