In terms of Govt. Notification No.638-Edn(U)/HED-12016(21)/5/2025-UNV SEC-Dept. of HE, dated 18/05/2026 issued by the University Branch, Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal and Notification No. R/PG Admission/1082/SKBU/26 Dated 11/7/2026, all Candidates/Students who have been provisionally allotted seats and newly admitted to the 1st semester of PG Courses for the academic session 2026-28 through the PG admission Portal of SKBU are hereby informed that the first classes of 1st semester of PG Courses will commence on and from 3^rd August, 2026.

Attendance on the first day of class is mandatory, and newly admitted students are required to attend the physical verification of Documents on 03/08/2026 (Monday) at 10:30 A.M. in the concerned department in the University Campus. Failure to attend the verification will result in cancellation of candidature.

The admitted Students are required to maintain 75% attendance positively throughout all semesters. If any student is found with attendance below 50% at the end of the first 15 working days his/her admission is liable to be cancelled.

All newly admitted students are requested to bring and submit the following documents at the time of verification by the concerned department. Admission will be cancelled if the documents are found not to conform with the declaration given in the application form submitted online. Proper action will be taken if any discrepancy is found.

System Generated Application Form System Generated Provisional Admission Certificate / Money Receipt Marksheet of UG Final Semester and all previous semesters 10+2 Level Marksheet (Higher Secondary Exam) 10th Level Marksheet (Madhyamik) DOB/Age Proof Certificate (Admit Card of M.P. / Birth Certificate etc.) Caste Certificate-SC / ST / OBC-NCL Certificate (if applicable) PWD Certificate (if applicable) EWS Certificate (if applicable) NOC (if any) Aadhaar Card and ABC ID (if available) Registration Certificate (if applicable) Migration Certificate (if applicable)	Copy of all UG semesters Marksheets Copy of 10+2 Level Marksheet Copy of 10th Level Marksheet Copy of DOB/Age Proof Certificate Copy of SC/ST/OBC-NCL Certificate (if applicable) Copy of PWD Certificate (if applicable) Copy of EWS Certificate (if applicable) NOC (if any) Aadhaar Card and ABC ID (if applicable) Copy of Registration Certificate (if applicable) Copy of Migration Certificate (if applicable) Anti-Ragging Declaration duly signed by the student
