  The candidates will have to deposit necessary admission and other fees by Debit Card/Credit Card only on the day of admission in the University. Payment in cash/UPI will not be accepted.

  • Admit Card of Secondary Examination (Original & Photocopy).
  • Mark sheet of Secondary Examination (Original & Photocopy).
  • Mark sheet of Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) (Original & Photocopy).
  • Rank Card of WBJEE 2026 (Original & Photocopy).
  • Allotment Card of WBJEE 2026 (Original & Photocopy).
  • Domicile Certificate in prescribed format (Original & Photocopy) of WBJEE 2026 information bulletin (Enclosed here).
  • Caste Certificate, PWD certificate - (If Applicable) - Original & Photocopy
  • Original OBC caste certificate (if applicable) as per the State List of OBCs vide notification no. 945-BCW/MR23/2026, dated the 18th May 2026. Updated Non Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate (Issued on or after 01.04.2026) for OBC candidates – original and photocopy.
  • Original & photo copy of EWS certificate (if applicable). EWS certificates must be issued on or after 01.04.2026. It must be mentioned that the candidate belongs to the EWS.
  • For TFW scheme, latest income certificate in prescribed format of WBJEE 2026 information bulletin (APPENDIX-4 ).
  • Original character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
  • No Objection Certificate (if admitted in any college / institution through e-counselling of WBJEEB).
  • Aadhaar Card (Original & Photocopy).
  • Photo copy of 1st page of bank Pass book of the candidate.
  • Passport size colour photograph of the candidate (Six copies).
  • Admitted candidates need to submit the duly filled medical fitness certificate in prescribed format along with all desired medical test report endorsed by registered Medical Practitioner within one month from the date of admission. Failure to do so may result in withholding of registration or other administrative actions as per university rules.
  • Submission of admission fees does not confirm the admission to the degree programme until medical fitness of the candidate is completed.
  • Admitted candidates have to fill up the anti-ragging declaration through online after admission and the portal generated documents with signature need to be submitted on the 1st day of class/programme.
