Applications for admission in the first semester (Session 2026-30) in Constituent/Affiliated Colleges under Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag in Four Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP) in accordance with the provisions of NEP-2020 for the State Universities of Jharkhand are invited through Chancellor Portal (https://universities.jharkhand.gov.in) as per following schedule:

Applicants are directed to fill the admission form very carefully because any incorrect information which leads to their disqualification for admission may cause the cancellation of admission without refund of application/admission fee. Further, they are advised to keep visiting the University Website (https://www.vbu.ac.in) regularly for important instructions/notifications and dates uploaded on it time to time.

Note:

1. Applicants will have to select only the major subject while applying. Rest subjects will be allotted in the College after admission.
2. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the 12th or equivalent examination following the Reservation Policy laid down by the Government of Jharkhand as adopted by the University.
3. Application fee: Rs. 300/= (for the candidates of all the categories).
4. The candidate who has initiated payment process within stipulated time-period but it becomes successful before publication of merit list, will be considered if he/she submits a written application with payment slip in the concerned college.
