Notice for VCI Nominated Candidates for Admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. Degree Programme (Session: 2026-27)

ADMISSION NOTICE FOR VCI NOMINATED CANDIDATES
Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) Degree Programme
(Academic Session: 2026-2027)

The Provisional Admission of the VCI nominated candidates in the University for B.V.Sc. & A.H. Degree Programme for the Academic Session 2026-2027 will be held as per following schedule:

(Note: If any date happens to be Saturday / Sunday / National / Banking holiday, then consider the next working day for the purpose. Candidates are advised to visit VCI & University official websites regularly for any updates in the admission schedule.)

Candidates will have to bring the following testimonials along with originals for verification at the time of physical reporting and admission failing which the candidate will not be considered for admission:

• Six recent passport size and one postcard size coloured photographs,
• VCI Allotment/Admission letter,
• Rank Card of NEET-UG-2026 issued by NTA,
• Admit Card of NEET-UG-2026 conducted by NTA,
• Original Medical Fitness Certificate,
• Self attested photocopy of Secondary Examination Admit Card/Birth Certificate as age proof,
• Self attested photocopy of Mark sheet of Secondary Examination,
• Self attested photocopy of Mark sheet of Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination,
• Self attested photocopy of Certificate of Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination,
• Self attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD Certificate as per guidelines of VCI (wherever applicable),
• Self attested photocopy of Aadhaar card/Voter Card/Passport/PAN card,
• Domicile Certificate,
• Equivalency Certificate from AIU in the case of students educated abroad.
• OCI/PIO card issued by the appropriate authority, if applicable.
• Character certificate from the school/ institution last attended,
• Declaration against ragging (Proforma to be downloaded from website).

The admission fees of Rs. 12,270/- (Day scholar) and 19,370/- (Hosteller) has to be deposited on the day of admission by cash through Bank-challan of Union Bank of India, Belgachia branch located at University Campus.

The Venue for Physical Reporting and Admission will be at Vivek Bhawan under the Office of the Controller of Examinations, WBUAFS, , 68, K. B. Sarani, Belgachia, Kolkata – 700 037, West Bengal
