The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is a government body responsible for conducting recruitment exams for various administrative and civil service posts in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 1937 and plays a key role in selecting qualified candidates for state government jobs.

UPPSC conducts several examinations, the most prominent being the Provincial Civil Services (PCS) exam, which recruits officers for positions such as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), and other administrative roles. The selection process usually includes three stages: Preliminary exam, Mains exam, and an Interview.
