Notice for Physical Verification of Documents (3rd Phase)

The newly admitted UG students should report to their respective departments (11.30am-1.30pm) from 20^th August – 22^nd August, 2026 for verification of the following documents.

1. The Printout of the Application Form for Admission, duly signed by the candidate
2. The Admission Fee Payment Receipt
3. Class X Admit Card/Age proof document (Original & one self-attested photocopy)
4. Class X Mark sheet (Original & one self-attested photocopy)
5. Class XII Mark sheet (Original & one self-attested photocopy) (Laminated Marksheet will not be accepted)
6. One Passport size photograph
7. Caste Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
8. PWD Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
9. EWS Certificates (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
10. CU Registration Certificate (if already registered under CU) (Original & one self-attested photocopy)
11. Migration Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
12. BPL Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.

Parents/ Guardians are not allowed to enter college premises on the scheduled dates.

Candidates must report in person on the above-mentioned date and time. If a candidate fails to report due to unavoidable reasons, her guardian should report on her behalf with all the relevant documents mentioned above. The said person should bring proper letter of authorisation.
