Physical Verification Schedule for 3rd phase Admission 2026

In reference to Notification No. 698-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14 dated 14.05.2026 and Notification No. 916-EDN(CS)/10M-95/14 dated 29.07.2026, issued by the Government of West Bengal, Department of Higher Education, it is hereby notified that, in connection with the Centralized Online UG Admission Process, all students who have taken provisional admission in the 3rd Phase to various Undergraduate Programmes (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) at Bhairab Ganguly College for the Academic Session 2026–2027 are required to appear for physical verification of their documents as per the schedule given below:

• Dates: 20.08.2026, 21.08.2026 & 22.08.2026
• Reporting Time: 11:30 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
• Physical Verification Time: 12:00 Noon to 3:00 P.M.
• Venue: Alapan Auditorium, Bhairab Ganguly College

Note: Candidates are requested to attend the physical verification process either in person or through their authorised representatives at the College at the time of final admission. Failure to complete the physical verification process may render their candidature liable to cancellation.

• Two Copies of the Provisional Admission Certificate (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the Centralized UG Admission Portal)
• Two Copies of the Online Application Form (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the Centralized UG Admission Portal)
• Two Copies of the Receipt of Successful Online Payment (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the Centralized UG Admission Portal)
• Class 10 & 10+2 Marksheets and Certificates (Self-Attested)
• Age Proof (Self-Attested)
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate if applicable (Self-Attested)
• Identity Proof Document (Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Card), preferably the one uploaded on the Centralized UG Admission Portal (Self-Attested)
• Anti-ragging Affidavit (will be provided by the college)
