Physical Verification 2026 for WBDAP Mop-up Phase

In reference to Order No. 1433-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14 dated 15.09.2026, issued by the Government of West Bengal, Department of Higher Education, regarding the Revised Schedule of Events for the Mop-Up Phase of the Decentralised Admission Portal, 2026, it is hereby notified that all students who have taken provisional admission to various Undergraduate Programmes (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) at Bhairab Ganguly College during the Mop-Up Phase for the Academic Session 2026–2027 are required to appear for physical verification of their documents as per the following schedule:

Schedule of Physical Verification

• Dates: 23.09.2026 to 25.09.2026
• Reporting Time: 11:30 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
• Physical Verification Time: 12:00 Noon to 3:00 P.M.
• Venue: APJ Abdul Kalam Seminar Room, Bhairab Ganguly College

Note: Candidates are requested to attend the physical verification process either in person or through their authorised representatives at the College. Failure to complete the physical verification process may render their candidature liable to cancellation.

Documents Required for Verification of Provisional Admission:

• Two Copies of the Provisional Admission Certificate (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the Decentralised Admission Portal)
• Two Copies of the Online Application Form (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the Decentralised Admission Portal)
• Two Copies of the Receipt of Successful Online Payment (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the Decentralised Admission Portal)
• Class 10 & 10+2 Marksheets and Certificates (Self-Attested)
• Age Proof (Self-Attested)
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate if applicable (Self-Attested)
• Identity Proof Document (Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Card), preferably the one uploaded on the Centralized UG Admission Portal (Self-Attested)
• Anti-ragging Affidavit (will be provided by the college)
