Gujarati Quota Admission 2026-27

1. For Gujarati Students Seeking Admission

a) Complete the Online Application Form (if not already done) at: www.thebges.edu.in

b) After application and payment of application fee, login through “Applicant Login” and complete Gujarati Quota Registration.

c) Gujarati Quota Registration and Financial Aid Form will be available online in Applicant Login Portal from 19th May 2026, 1:00 PM onwards. All Gujarati applicants must complete this process by Wednesday, 27th May 2026, irrespective of whether they are applying for Financial Aid or not.

d) Detailed process is available on the College website under Admission 2026-27.

2. Gujarati Quota Admission Meet

a) The applicant and their father must attend the Minority Admission Committee meeting in person.

Venue: Valiya Hall, Ground Floor, 5, Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani, Kolkata – 700020

Date: Sunday, 31st May 2026, between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

b) Individual applicants will receive the exact time slot via SMS, email, or WhatsApp on 28th May 2026 by 2:00 PM.

3. Documents to carry

For All Applicants:

a) Application Form (printed on A4-size white paper)

b) Original / Internet Copy of Class XII Marksheet

Additional Documents for Financial Aid Applicants:

c) Financial Aid Form (printed on A4-size white paper)

d) Original Class XII School Fee Receipt
