1. Students have to apply online at www.bharatamatacollege.in/admissions 9447187501, 9446762922
2. You can see three application forms there,
a) UG Applications b) PG Applications c) MBA Application
3. The UG application is sufficient for all UG Programmes including Integrated MSc course (AI & ML) and the PG Application is sufficient for all PG Programmes except MBA.
4. The application fee for the various categories are as follows: Management quota - Rs 200, SC/ST quota - Rs 75, and for all other categories - Rs 150
5. The application procedure consists of two parts: Initial Registration and Main Application.
6. In the Initial Registration, you will be required to enter your name, contact number, email address, and date of birth. Please note that the date of birth once registered cannot be changed as it will serve as your login password for the application.
7. To log in to the application form for further edits, please use the same link that was used for registration. Your username is your application ID (6 digits) and your password is your date of birth. Both will be sent to you via SMS and email.
8. Once you have completed all mandatory fields only, you can make the final submission. However, you also have the option to save your progress as Save as Draft. Once you make your final submission, you will be able to take print out of your completed application form.
9. Please ensure that you bring the printed application form during the certificate verification and interview.
10. You can give 10 options at a time for UG applications.
