• ABC ID (Print out copy)
• Blood Group
• Original & self attested Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card of applicant
• Original & self attested Xerox copy of PAN Card of guardian
• Original Anti-ragging Affidavit by student as per prescribed format
• Original Anti-ragging Affidavit by guardian as per prescribed format

N.B: In case any discrepancy is observed in the above mentioned documents of a candidate, his/her application will be treated as cancelled. During the counseling, candidates must remain present in person in the counseling Hall.
