Second Notice for Counselling of JEMAS PG 2025

In continuation of the WBUHS notice Memo. No.: OG/WBUHS/2026/1614 dated 9th October, 2026, the intending candidates of JEMAS PG 2025 are hereby instructed to click on the url: ,https://onlinecounselling.wbuhs.ac.in to be found in the Counselling tab on the website of the University https://www.wbuhs.ac.in to register themselves for the counselling.

They are instructed to navigate themselves through the processes pf the counselling portal and upload the documents as needed. On successful registration and payment of the fees, they would be allowed to move forward through the steps of counselling. In this regard; the salient dates to be remembered for the different stages of counselling are:

• Registration with Payment of fees: 17/10/2026 to 23/10/2026
• Choice Filling: 25/10/2026 to 27/10/2026
• Publication of allocation list: 30/10/2026
• Verification of all relevant documents at the college and admission: 30/10/2026 to 05.11.2026

It is one more reminded that without proper registration in the counseling by matching the candidate's credential with those uploaded at the WBJEEB examination portal and successful payment of the counselling fees as mentioned in the previous notice are prerequisite to progress with the counselling process. The set of choices are binding on the candidate throughout the counseling and can never be changed in any circumstances afterwards.

The College authorities will check for the eligibility of the candidate to appear for the JEMAS PG 2025 examination and verify their other relevant documents and admit the verified candidates through the link to be provided to them. The Personal Identification is an essential step before confirmed admission to the course and generation of the admission letter from the admission portal is mandatory which will be an obligatory document for University registration.
