Verification of Documents 2026
Undergraduate Admission 2026-27

In continuation of notice (REF: MC/N/188/026) published on 25.06.2026 all the candidates, who have taken admission in UG Semester- I, 2026 are requested to follow the schedule and venue of verification (attached herewith on the next page) on the specified dates (1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th July, 2026) from 11.00 a.m. onwards, and the guidelines prescribed herewith.

• Candidates are advised to bring all the documents (originals & attested photocopies) ready for smooth and speedy completion of verification.
• No verification will be done, if valid ABC ID is not produced. Candidates, who will not produce valid ABC ID documents on the scheduled date, will have to get their admission documents verified after they are able to produce valid ABC documents. This is mandatory for verification and therefore, inexcusable.
• This is also to state that candidate himself/herself or his/her guardian/parent (only one) in absence of the candidate will be allowed to enter in the venues of verification.
• Candidates, who report of any error in their application form due to typo or other reasons, will be provided a form to fill up and submit for further correction in the database.

1. Print-out of the online filled-in Application Form
2. Print-out of Online Admission Form
3. Print-out of Online Admission Fee Payment Receipt
4. One copy pass-port size photo
5. Admit of Madhyamik or Equivalent as proof of Date of Birth
6. Marksheet of Madhyamik Examination or Equivalent
7. Marksheet of Higher Secondary Examination or Equivalent
8. Valid ABC- ID/APAAR Document *
9. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
10. Sports Certificate (if applicable:for BPES only)
11. PWD Certificate (if applicable)
12. Updated EWS Certificate (if applicable)
13. Fit for Physical Activity Certificate by Govt. Physician (For BPES Students)
14. Migration Certificate ((if applicable: for candidates admitted in other institutes in 2025)
