All newly admitted students are notified to bring their ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS along with photocopies as listed. Please bring 3 recent passport size photographs taken against a plain background.

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION

(A) CLASS X

1. Admit Card (with 2 xerox copies) OR (BIRTH CERTIFICATE if the DOB is not mentioned in the Admit Card)
2. Mark Sheet (with 2 xerox copies)
3. Pass Certificate (with 2 xerox copies)

(B) CLASS XII

1. Admit Card (with 2 xerox copies)
2. Mark Sheet (with 2 back to back xerox copies)
3. Pass Certificate (with 2 xerox copies)
4. Original MIGRATION Certificate - for ISC, CBSE, NIOS, BHUTAN BOARD
5. Transfer Certificate (with 1 xerox copy)

(C) OTHER DOCUMENTS

1. ST/SC/OBC (A)/(B) Certificate (or Provisional Certificate)- (with 2 xerox copies)
2. PERSON WITH DISABILITY Certificate (If applicable with 1 xerox copy)
3. BPL Card (or Provisional Certificate) (with 1 xerox copy)
4. Aadhar Card (with 2 xerox copies).
5. Admission Application Form & Fees receipt (1 xerox copy each)
