Re-Admission for Existing students
Admission has to be renewed for each semester, and is not guaranteed. Students, who have attended St. Xavier's College the previous semester, are normally assured of re-admission, provided their conduct and progress have been satisfactory. The decision of the Principal in this regard will be considered final.
Those who wish to continue their studies at St. Xavier's College must fill their admission form and pay their fees through ERP within a week of the reopening of college even if their University/ Autonomous College results have not been declared.
Note: Entire process of readmission has been made completely online.
Online transfers using Net Banking/ Credit / Debit Card/ can be deposited in HDFC BANK using students ERP LOGIN CREDENTIALS. No cash deposits or cheque can be entertained. For students getting their scholarship by other trusts have to confirm the mode of payment by demand draft to Ms Anita (Aided) and Ms Cini Denny (Self Finance)
Applications received after that period will be considered on merit, place permitting, and a 'late fee' will be charged to those who are re-admitted.
