May create sub-rounds (of one-day or more) or do process of admission in single admission round as per their requirements and vacant seats and post admission offers to the students. 2. Universities and Colleges will publish their sub-round schedule (if any) which will be put on GCAS portal. 3. Universities and Colleges will communicate with students regarding admission offers posted to students. Students will, 1. Log-in on Student dashboard of GCAS portal and heck Admission Offers offered by respective University-College. 2. From all the offers received, confirm one University- College-Program-Major Subject through OTP on the student’s dashboard on portal. 3. Take print of offer letter and report to the respective University-College with all original and one set of self-attested documents. 4. Pay University-College fees as per norms and confirm admission with OTP.

Note:

Students are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria, details of entrance test (if applicable), admission rounds, document verification process, and other important instructions as specified by the universities and colleges they wish to apply to before submitting their application on GCAS portal
Students must verify their forms only at designated colleges offering Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) and/or M.Sc. (Nursing) programs. A list of these special verification centres is available on the GCAS portal under the News, Updates & Circulars section on the homepage.
Students who submitted online applications in previous Phases but did not get them verified can get their applications verified between 30.09.2025 to 03.10.2025.
Students who had confirmed admission in previous Phases and then cancelled it can participate in this Phase based on their previous phase application. They do not need to submit a new application for this Phase
Students are advised to check the GCAS portal for information on available vacant seats. Before making their selection, they must confirm the availability of seats in their preferred University-College-Program-Major Subject.
It is specially instructed that the facility of “Send Back for Edit” for colleges conducting verification will be available only till 3.00 PM on 03.10.2025. Such students will have to revise and submit their “Send Back for Edit” applications by 4.00 PM on 03.10.2025 and get it verified.
Admission offers extended by the respective colleges or universities will remain valid only according to the official schedule or working hours (whichever is earlier) as set by those institutions.
