Candidates are requested to fill the Application Form very carefully. No corrections will be permitted once the Application Form is submitted.

Candidate's name, father's name, mothers' name, gender and date of birth must be same as per their Xth Mark Sheet / Admit Card.

Candidate are requested to only give their own or his / her father / mother mobile number and email address because all necessary communication will be done on the same mobile number and email address. Further no any request will be entertained to change/update the mobile number and email address throughout the session after successful registration.

The Examination/Counselling Fee can only be paid online using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator.

Application Procedure: Steps to be followed to apply online.
Candidates must read carefully the Instructions (how to fill up the Application Form online as per the Prospectus and concerned Advertisement available on Board's Website. Candidates not complying with the Instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

Step 1: Registration: The candidate should enter the required registration details such as, name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, gender etc while doing the registration for filling the Online Application Form and he/she is also required to create PASSWORD. After successful submission of the registration details, a registration number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future reference/correspondence. For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to login directly with the respective system generated Registration Number and created Password by him/her self.

Step 2: Multi-step Application Form Submission: The Candidates can log in with the system-generated Registration Number and pre-created Password for completing the Multi-step Application Form like personal details, contact details, qualification details and uploading of scanned images of Photo, English Signature, Hindi Signature and required documents (if any).

The recent passport size photograph should be in colour with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against white background. Photograph should be named as ' [first two characters of candidate name]_Photo' and in .JPG format (clearly legible) between 10 kb to 300 kb. Width and Height of the Photo should be 200px and 250px respectively.

English Signature file should be named as '[first two characters of candidate name]_EngSignature' and in .JPG format (clearly legible) between 5 kb to 50 kb. Width and Height of the English Signature should be 300px and 100px respectively.

Hindi Signature file should be named as '[first two characters of candidate name]_HindiSignature' and in .JPG format (clearly legible) between 5 kb to 50 kb. Width and Height of the Hindi Signature should be 300px and 100px respectively.

Other documents (if any) file should be named as '[first two characters of candidate name]_filename' and in .PDF format (clearly legible) between 200 kb to 1024 kb.
Note: The Candidate has to upload only his/her own photograph, signature, and certificate(s) (if any) as mentioned above (and not of anybody else) in a correct/proper manner, as the facility for correction will not be given in the future. In case, it is found at any time in the future that the Candidate has used/uploaded the photograph, signature, and certificate(s) of someone else in his/her Application Form/Admit Card, or he/she has tampered his/her Admit Card/Result, these acts of the candidate shall be treated as Unfair Means (UFM) Practices and he/she shall be proceeded with the actions as contemplated under the provisions of the Prospectus relating to Unfair Means Practices.

Step 3: Preview & Final Submit: After completing Step 1 and Step 2, the candidate will preview his filled-up details. If any information is found wrong, it may be got it corrected by pressing "Back to Edit" button. After Editing the data advised to again preview the filled-up application form and the filled-up application form found to be Ok then click on "Final Submit and Proceed to Payment" button by giving your declaration.

Step 4: Payment of Examination/Counselling Fee: After clicking on "Final Submit and Proceed to Payment" button, the candidate will have to pay the requisite examination fees. The fees can be paid only through online mode using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and UPI. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fees) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator.

Step 5: Downloading of CONFIRMATION PAGE: After successful payment, candidate will be able to print the Confirmation Page. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee then the transaction is cancelled and the candidates have to approach the concerned bank for refund of amount. However, the candidate has to make another payment/transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.
If candidate's examination/counselling fee payment is not successful within scheduled date & time of examination/counselling fee payment, then the filled-up application form will be treated as Incomplete Application Form and candidate will have no claim over it.

Important Instruction about PASSWORD

During online form filling, candidate will be required to choose PASSWORD. Candidate is advised to record/remember their password for all future logins.

For subsequent logins, candidate will be able to login directly with their respective system generated Registration Number and the chosen Password.

Candidate is advised not to disclose or share their password with anybody. Neither BCECE Board nor NIC will be responsible for violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.

Candidate can change his/her passwords after login, if desired.

Candidate should remember to log out at the end of their session so that the particulars of the candidate cannot be tampered or modified by unauthorized persons.

The Password must be as per the following Password policy.

Password must be 8 to 13 character long.
-
Password must have at least one Upper case alphabet.
-
Password must have at least one Lower case alphabet.
-
Password must have at least one numeric value.

Password must have at least one special characters eg.!@#$%^&*-.

How to reset your Password: The following options are available to reset Password

Using Security Question & its Answer you have chosen during Form filling.

Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your Registered Mobile No.

Using a reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email address.

The Registration Number printed on the computer-generated Confirmation Page must be mentioned in all such correspondences. It is therefore essential to note down the registration number printed on the Confirmation Page.
