SCHEME OF EXAMINATION

The WBUT PGET (West Bengal University of Technology Post Graduate Entrance Test) is an entrance exam conducted by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal, for admission to postgraduate courses in Engineering, Technology and Pharmacy. It is used to select students for M.Tech. and M.Pharm. programs at MAKAUT and its affiliated colleges.

• The Post Graduate Entrance Test (PGET) will consist of a single paper in the Live Remote Proctored Online Home CBT mode on Desktop PC / Laptop / Android mobile phone. It will be of 60 minutes duration. Each paper will have 50 MCQs of 2 mark each on relevant stream / disciplines only.
• All candidates must appear in the entrance test of relevant subject GROUP.
• Eligibility of sponsored candidates: In addition to the eligibility for PGET-2025, the sponsored candidates must have one year experience in Polytechnic/Engineering College/ Industry. A certificate of sponsorship from the present employer must be submitted along with the application form.
