Last Opportunity for Registration of Valid Students
who Have Missed Online Registration for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2027.
After providing several opportunities for online registration vide No. EMU/C/34 dated 23.04.2025 for 48 days, DS(C)/105/2025 dated 01.09.2025 for 6 days, and DS(C)/053/26 dated 24.02.2026 for 11 days, it has been observed that some schools have still not completed the online registration of their eligible students within the stipulated periods.
As directed, it is hereby notified to all Heads of Institutions under the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education that, in respect of valid students who have inadvertently missed the opportunity to complete their online registration through their respective schools for appearing in the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2027, the Board has decided to provide a last opportunity for submission of their particulars.
Accordingly, such schools are hereby directed to submit an application in the official Letterhead of the Institution, clearly stating the proper and specific reason for non-completion of the online registration within the aforesaid stipulated periods, along with the following relevant documents in respect of the student(s):

The above application along with all relevant supporting documents shall be submitted in hard copy (SPEED POST / COURIER NOT ALLOWED) from 20th August, 2026 to 3rd September, 2026 (Except Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays) to the following address:
After thorough scrutiny and verification of the application and the supporting documents submitted by the school, the Board will communicate with the concerned school through e-mail regarding the further course of action.
All Heads of Institutions are therefore directed to ensure that the application process in respect of all remaining valid students who have missed the online registration is completed within the aforesaid special time frame, so as to avoid further hardship and inconvenience to such students. No application in this regard shall be entertained after the expiry of the above-mentioned special deadline, i.e. 3rd September, 2026.
