Spot Admission Notification for ASTU in-house M.Tech. Programmes 2025-26
Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) invites applications for spot admission to the following In-campus M.Tech. programmes under the self-financing mode for the Academic Session 2025–26:
1. M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering
2. M.Tech. in Energy Engineering
Important Details:
To complete the admission process, interested candidates are requested to visit the university in person. The minimum eligibility of the candidates for admission into In-campus M.Tech. programmesare given below;

| M.Tech. in Energy Engineering | B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Energy / Electronics / Instrumentation / Agricultural Engineering and other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 50 % marks (45% for ST and SC) in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA). Candidates waiting for last semester B.E. / B.Tech. results in the abovementioned branches may also apply, but will have to submit the required documents within a stipulated period to be specified by the selection committee. | 18 Students |
| M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering | B.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering) or MCA or M.Sc. (Information Technology or Computer Science) with a minimum of 50 % marks (45% for ST and SC) in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA). Candidates waiting for last semester B.E. / B.Tech. results in the abovementioned branches may also apply, but will have to submit the required documents within a stipulated period to be specified by the selection committee. | 18 Students |
