The Students having backlog courses who fulfil the required attendance criteria under the Ordinances/Regulations of their respective programmes are required to pay the prescribed backlog examination fee through SBI e-Collect and fill out the Backlog Examination Form. They must submit the duly completed form along with a copy of the fee payment receipt generated through SBI e-Collect to the office of their respective departments from 26th October 2026 to 28th October 2026 in order to appear in the backlog examinations.:-

Sl	Students of programme of Studies	Backlog Examination Fee
A)	PG Programmes	Backlog examination fee @ Rs.1000/- per course for programme as prescribed under Ordinance Governing the Award of Master's Degree programme in Arts/Commerce/Education/Science-2022
B)	Integrated B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. Programmes	Backlog Examination Fee @ 100/- per course for the programme as prescribed under Teaching & Evaluation Regulation – 2014
C)	5-Year Integrated UG-PG Programmes, B.Sc. Agriculture Programme	Backlog examination fee @ 1000/- per course as prescribed under their respective Ordinances/Regulation.
D)	B.A. LL.B. Programmes / BBA LLB / LLM	Backlog Examination Fee @ Rs.2000/- per course for the programme as prescribed under CBCS Ordinances- 2018

The Head of the Departments are requested to instruct the dealing assistant of the concerned department to compile the details of all backlog examination forms and forward the consolidated list alongwith the Backlog examination forms to the office of the Controller of Examination latest by 29.10.2026 (12:20 PM).
