PhD Semester Registration 2026-27 and Fee Structure

All students of PhD. programmes enrolled in AY 2021-22 are hereby directed to register themselves for their respective semesters (for period of October'2026-March, 2027) from 23/10/2026 to 28/10/2026 with deposition of semester fee in the following manner:-

(2) A student who fails to register himself/herself within stipulated date will be charged Rs.500/- late fine from 29/10/2026 to 31/10/2026, Rs.1,000/- late fine from 01/11/2026 to 03/11/2026 and thereafter late fine Rs.1,000/- + extra Rs.25/-per day will be charged from 04/11/2026 onwards.

(3) Non- submission of Semester fee till end of respective Ph.D. semester may lead cancellation of their registration from Ph.D. programme.

(4) All Supervisors of the concerned PhD Scholars are requested to ensure that the students under their guidance are registered by the scheduled time-line and also to ensure that no eligible student remain un-registered after the last date of registration.
