Notice regarding application for Fee-Waiver Scheme through Assam SAMARTH Portal

It is hereby notified for all eligible students of Bhattadev University that the online application process for the Government of Assam's Fee-Waiver Scheme for FYUGP 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and PG 1st Semester has commenced through the Assam SAMARTH Portal.

All eligible students are instructed to submit their applications by 22/10/2026.

1. Students must apply through the Assam SAMARTH Portal: https://assamshesp.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login Aadhaar is mandatory for availing the benefits of the Fee-Waiver Scheme.
2. Upload your Ration Card (If Ration Card is not available, upload latest Income Certificate)
3. The student's name on the Assam SAMARTH Portal must match the name on the Aadhaar card.
   Students must ensure that they are onboarded onto the Fee-Waiver application portal by the University before applying.

All eligible students are advised to complete the application process within the prescribed deadline. Late applications may not be entertained.
