It is hereby informed to all concerned that it has come to notice that various complaint letters / grievance letters / applications are being submitted through different mediums in Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. In these, relevant evidence is not attached by the complainant / grievant / applicant, and signatures are also missing, which creates difficulties in taking necessary action and disposal of the complaint / grievance / application.

Therefore, keeping the above facts in mind, the Honorable Vice-Chancellor, after due consideration, has been pleased to pass the following order:

1. It must be ensured that the subject complaint letter bears the signature of the complainant / grievant / applicant, and they have complete knowledge of the facts.
2. An affidavit from a First Class Magistrate (attach in original) must be submitted, stating that you have complete knowledge of the facts and are ready to provide the expected cooperation to the University to prove the same.
3. If you possess any solid evidence regarding the allegations, its photocopy must be made available to the University.
4. During the investigation of the complaint, you shall not withdraw the complaint / grievance / application under any circumstances; otherwise, you will be liable to severe punishment as per the University Act, and a legally compliant fine amount will be recovered from you. In the absence of evidence, the complaint letter / grievance letter / application will be filed/shelved.
