2nd Merit UG PG Programs Schedule 2026

(Admission Schedule for admission in UG and PG Programs through second Merit in University Campus and Affiliated Colleges)

Chaudhary Charan Singh University Campus Departments and affiliated Colleges/Institutions are hereby informed that for admission to the academic session 2026–27 across all undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses (excluding B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., B.Sc. Physical Education and Sports, B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., and three-year LL.B. programs) as well as all Certificate and Diploma programs at the UG and PG levels, the timeline/schedule for preparing the second merit list and confirming admissions will be as follows:

1. From 20.08.2026 to 21.08.2026, Campus Departments and Colleges/Institutions will prepare the second merit list against the remaining seats based on candidate reservation categories, after adding the weightage percentage to the intermediate Marks Percentage of registered candidates. This applies to B.A., B.Sc., B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons., B.Com., M.A., M.Sc., M.Sc. (Ag.), and M.Com. programs offered in Aided and Govt. Colleges (excluding the 5% Sports Quota seats), strictly adhering to reservation rules (Vertical and Horizontal) as well as Other State and Other Board quotas.
   1. By the evening of 21.08.2026, University Campus Departments will release the schedule on their admission portal for candidates who secured a place in the second merit list to deposit their admission fee from 22.08.2026 to 25.08.2026 (three working days) for admission confirmation.
   2. By the evening of 21.08.2026, Colleges/Institutions will issue and send the Admission Offer Schedule via their admission portal for candidates selected in the second merit list to take admission from 22.08.2026 to 25.08.2026 (three working days).
2. From 22.08.2026 to 25.08.2026 (three working days), Colleges/Institutions and Campus Departments will verify the academic and other documents of candidates who accept the Admission Offer for the specified UG and PG courses, and confirm their admissions. Colleges/Institutions and Campus Departments must ensure the final confirmation of admission for all interested candidates by 25.08.2026.

In continuation of the above, all concerned are informed that a PPT (PowerPoint Presentation) explaining the admission process has been uploaded on the university's SAMARTH admission portal. Therefore, everyone is advised to review the PPT thoroughly.
