It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the End-Term Examinations for the Even Semester (January-June 2026) are scheduled to be conducted during the months of May-June, 2026.

In this regard, the Examination Form submission window on the SAMARTH Portal shall remain active from 08 April, 2026 to 16 April, 2026.

All eligible Undergraduate and Postgraduate students currently enrolled in the Even Semester and pursuing their studies are required to complete the submission of their Examination Forms through the SAMARTH portal within this stipulated timeframe.

Students are advised to follow the following steps to complete their Examination Form submission:

Student SAMARTH Login → Examination → Registration → Click here for Examination Form Update Courses → Submit → Submit Examination Form

It is mandatory for all eligible students to submit the Examination Form within the prescribed timeline. Only, those students shall be permitted to appear in the End-Term examination who will fill the Examination Form. No student shall be permitted to appear in the examination without submission of the Examination Form under any circumstances.

The Heads of the Departments are requested to disseminate this notice among all bonafide students registered in the Even Semester in the respective programme of studies and to ensure that all eligible candidate complete the Examination Form Submission process before the deadline.
