Subject: Extension of Last Date for Filling of Examination Form of End-Term Examination (Even Semester-January-June, 2026)

In continuation of this office Notice issued vide F. No. CUSB/Acad/2-3/Vol- II/2016/AE-681 dated 07.04.2026, regarding filling of Examination Forms for the End-Term Examination of the Even Semester (January-June, 2026), it is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the last date for submission of Examination Forms through the SAMARTH Portal has been extended up to 21st April, 2026 (Tuesday).

All eligible students who have not yet submitted their Examination Forms are directed to complete the same within the extended period.

It may be noted that no further extension shall be granted, and only those students who submit the Examination Form within the extended timeline shall be permitted to appear in the End-Term Examination, subject to fulfilment of attendance requirements as per the applicable Ordinances/Regulations governing the Programme of Study.

The Heads of the Departments are requested to disseminate this information among the students and kindly ensure timely compliance.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
