Subject: Extension of Last Date for Filling of Examination Form of End-Term Examination (Even Semester-January-June, 2026)

In continuation of this office Notice issued vide F. No.CUSB/Acad/2-3/Vol- II/2016/AE-681 dt 07.04.2026 and F.No.CUSB/Acad/2-3/Vol-11/2016/AE-706 dt 15.04.2026, regarding filling of Examination Forms for the End-Term Examination of the Even Semester (January-June, 2026), it is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the last date for submission of Examination Forms through the SAMARTH Portal has been further extended upto 23.04.2026 (Thursday).

All eligible students who have not yet submitted their Examination Forms are directed to complete the same within the extended period.

It may be noted that this is the final extension, and no further extension shall be granted. Only those students, who submit the Examination Form within the stipulated/extended timeline shall be permitted to appear in the End-Term Examination, subject to fulfilment of attendance requirements as per the applicable Ordinance/Regulations governing the Programme of Study.

The Heads of the Departments are requested to dissemination this information among the students and kindly ensure timely compliance.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
