Notification of Practical/Viva-Voce Examination for C.B.C.S. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (Major/Minor) 4th Semester (Session : 2024-28) Examination - 2026

It is hereby informed to all concerned persons that the Practical / Oral Examination of Major / Minor subjects for C.B.C.S. Undergraduate 4th Semester (Session: 2024–28) Examination–2026 will be conducted at their respective colleges (Home Center) as per the following schedule.

As per instructions, the following guidelines are issued to all Principals-cum-Center Superintendents for conducting the above examination:

1. In colleges where the number of candidates in practical subjects is less than 20, the following colleges located at the district headquarters have been designated as examination centers for the practical / oral examination of such subjects:

1. It is for the information of the Principal that in subjects where the number of candidates for practical exams in your college is less than 20, you shall strictly inform the concerned candidates in a timely manner about the district-wise centralized examination center through a notice.
2. In light of the decision of the Examination Board, the respective Principal / Lady Principal will appoint internal and external examiners at their own level for conducting the practical / oral examinations.
3. By the date 12.09.2026, the marks of the practical / oral examination must be sent online. Download two copies of the mark statement of the said examination, keep one copy safely with yourself, and send one copy to the office of the undersigned.
4. In compliance with the academic calendar received from Bihar Lok Bhavan, Patna, generally no changes will be made to the specified dates.
