Instructions for the candidates:

1. The selection of the candidates is purely provisional and subject to verification of documents. Mere name of the candidate in the selection list will not confer any right to admission to him/her where inclusion of the name in the list is due to a bonafide error and not on the basis of the prescribed merit.

2. The selected candidates will get the online fee submission link by logging in to their account registered on samarth portal for the payment of fee. Further the candidates are informed to complete admission formalities on or before 26th July, 2026 by 10:00 PM. After the admission process, the students have to report to the Department of Physical Education along with the following documents.

• Hardcopy of the submitted form on SAMARTH PORTAL along with the valid admission fee receipt.
• Marks certificates of qualifying examinations.
• Character and Provisional certificate in original.
• Migration certificate in original.
• Category certificate (if applicable) in original and photocopy, issued by competent authority in Government of India format.
• Anti-ragging undertaking form appended with the required signatures. (www.antiragging.in)

3. The candidates whose result of qualifying examinations are pending/awaited as on date must deposit their admission fees by or before the given time and can produce the certificates before the commencement of classes. If the candidate fails to fulfill the eligibility conditions his/her admission shall be cancelled.
