The provisional list of candidates (Subject to their eligibility) is attached herewith are advised to appear in person for counselling/document verification on 22-07-2026 at Office of Registrar, Academic Branch, Thapar Hall, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana at 10.00 am sharp. They are advised to bring application form (available on PAU website) duly filled along with all original certificates/testimonials for verification.

1. Admission will be strictly on the basis of GAT-B category wise score and fulfillment of educational qualifications as per PAU prospectus 2026-27.

2. Candidates must be present physically at the time of counselling.

3. While reporting for counselling, candidates must ensure that all eligibility conditions laid out in the PAU prospectus are fulfilled including final result, percentage of marks, relevant certificates, etc.

4. Candidates are required to bring following original certificates and photostat copies of the all the certificates at the time of counselling
i) Qualifying exam degree certificate/Provisional Degree Certificate
ii) GAT-B 2026 Score card

Reserve category certificate, if any.

iii) Character Certificate
iv) Matric/ Date of Birth certificate

5. Candidates should come prepared with the requisite fee (Rs. 41,980/-) as fee has to be deposited online/offline on the spot otherwise seat will be offer to the next candidate on the waiting list.
