Physical Reporting and Document Verification for Admission to B.Tech. (Through JoSAA/CSAB 2026), 2026-27

All candidates who have been allocated seats by JoSAA/CSAB 2026 in B.Tech. program (Electronics and Communication Engineering / Information Technology / Biomedical Engineering / Energy Engineering) at North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong are hereby notified to appear in person for document verification and admission as per the following details.

• Date: August 13 - 14, 2026.
• Timing: 09:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
• Venue: Seminar Hall, Dept. of Information Technology, School of Technology, at North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong - 793022. Meghalaya.

• Provisional Seat Allotment Letter from CSAB/JoSAA 2026.
• 10th Marksheet.
• 12th Marksheet.
• ST Certificate, if applicable.
• SC Certificate, if applicable.
• OBC-NCL Certificate if applicable.
• EWS certificate (Certificate issued by Deputy Commissioner (DC), or any other competent authority as per norms) if applicable.
• Certificate for Differently-abled person (PwD category) issued by the competent authority, if applicable.
• Proof of date of birth (HSLC admit card/ birth certificate).
• JEE (Main) Scorecard (2026).
• Any other relevant certificates if applicable.
• 3 copies of passport phtographs.
