PG Admission 2026 Apply Online

1. It is hereby notified for the information of candidates who have appeared in CUET (PG)–2026 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), that the admission process for the following Postgraduate Programmes of the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) for the Academic Year 2026–27 shall commence from 25.05.2026.

2. Candidates desirous of taking admission to any of the above-mentioned Programme of Studies offered by the Central University of South Bihar for the Academic Year 2026–27 shall be required to register themselves on the CUSB Admission Portal through the link https://cusbcuet.samarth.edu.in/pg/ by paying the prescribed registration fee (non-refundable) of ₹500/- for General/OBC/EWS candidates and ₹200/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates for each programme, during the period from 25.05.2026 to 04.06.2026.

3. Following the completion of the registration process, the 1 st Round of Admission shall commence from 11.06.2026. The programme-wise cut-off marks for the 1 st Round of Admission shall be announced on 11.06.2026 against the sanctioned intake/seats of the respective programmes. The category-wise intake of all programmes is enclosed at Annexure–I. Candidates who have registered themselves by paying the prescribed registration fee and have secured the minimum cut-off marks (equal to or above) announced for the respective programme shall be eligible to deposit the prescribed Admission Fee (One time & 1st Semester Fee) for Blocking their seat, as per the prescribed fee structure enclosed at Annexure–IV, through the payment link https://cusbcuet.samarth.edu.in/pg/ within the stipulated period.

4. Candidates must ensure, before registration, that they fulfil the minimum Eligibility Criteria stipulated for admission to a particular programme of studies offered by CUSB and have appeared in the relevant Question Paper Code (QP Code) of CUET (PG)–2026 prescribed by the University for admission to the respective programme.

5. For details regarding the Eligibility Criteria and the CUET (PG)–2026 Question Paper Codes applicable for admission to a particular programme of studies, candidates are advised to refer to Annexure–II and Annexure – III, respectively.

6. Mere payment of the Admission Fee for blocking the seat shall not guarantee admission to a programme. Admission shall be granted strictly in order of merit, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and verification of documents.

7. It is reiterated that only those candidates shall be eligible to deposit the requisite Admission Fee for admission who have registered themselves within the stipulated timeline by paying the prescribed registration fee and have uploaded all the required documents as mentioned in Annexure–V.
