Utkal University invites Applications for admission into P.G Diploma in Remote Sensing & GIS for the session 2026-27 against vacant seats.

Selection Procedure

Selection of the candidates for admission shall be based on Academic career weightage.

Eligibility for Admission

The candidate should have graduate in Geography, Geology, Planning, Engineering, Business Management, Agriculture, Forestry, Computer Science and Other science graduates with at least 45% marks in aggregate at graduate level are also eligible. Arts graduates with Science background at intermediate (+2) level are also eligible, with 45% marks in aggregate at graduation level.

Course Fee

Self-financed (Indian) candidates: Rs. 50,000 INR (Rupees Fifty thousand only).

How to Apply

Eligible candidates are required to apply to the Course Coordinator, P. G Diploma in RS & GIS, Department of Geography, Utkal University in the prescribed application form downloadable from the university website along with a Bank draft of Rs.500 in favour of Course Coordinator, P.G Diploma in RS & GIS, Utkal University towards Application form fees drawn on any nationalised bank at the time of submission of application form. The downloaded application forms are also available in the department.
