A Print Copy of the Online filled in Application form with self attestation.
Medical certificate in the prescribed format
Self-attested copies of Pass Certificates and Marksheets/Grade cards of all
Board/Council/University Examinations starting from 10th / H.S.L.C.
Migration Certificate from the University/ Institutions last attended.
Valid certificate of NET/JRF/GATE/SET, if applicable.
Category Certificate from the appropriate authority, if applicable.
Latest OBC-NCL/EWS certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if selected under
OBC-NCL/EWS category
Three copies of Passport size photograph.
No Objection Certificate from the Employer in the prescribed format allowing them to
carry out the course work as full time candidate, if employed.
Undertaking (as per the format attached)
. The candidates shall fill their Anti Ragging Affidavits Online as per the UGC guidelines
through the portal http://antiragging.in and submit printout of the affidavits in the
concerned Departments/Centres of the University at the time of admission. The
candidates are advised to visit the website www.ugc.ac.in or www.tezu.ernet.in for
UGC Regulations on curbing the menace of ragging in Higher Educational Institutions,
2009.
