Guidelines for Admission Tests 2026
  • Admission Test will be held on June 12, 13 and 14, 2026.
  • Duration of each test will be two hours.
  • The tentative time table for the admission test is as follows:
    Day Morning Shift (11 am to 1 pm) Afternoon Shift (2.30 pm to 4.30 pm)
    June 12, 2026 Economics Political Science
    June 13, 2026 Life Sciences History
    June 14, 2026 Chemistry Statistics
  • The venue for the admission tests will be 1st campus of Presidency University i.e. 86/1 College Street, Kolkata 700073.
  • All candidates must report to this campus at least one hour before the commencement of the examination.
  • The Admission test will comprise of 50 Multiple Choices Questions (MCQ) to be answered on OMR Sheets.
  • The question paper will be in English only.
  • Questions will have one correct answer.
  • Marking Scheme for Admission Test
    • 2 Marks will be awarded for each correct answer.
    • 0.5 Marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
    • No Marks will be awarded for non-attempted questions or wrong questions or questions declared invalid or ambiguous by the University.
